Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you must seen (or at least heard of) Trapped featuring
Rajkummar Rao in the lead role and admired it for the actor’s powerful performance and the gripping storyline. While a drama-thriller-survival movie, which makes you sit at the edge of your seats, is enjoyable, experiencing the same in real life is no fun!
Recently, Marathi film actor
Bhushan Pradhan experienced something similar.
Before you get all worked up, let us assure you that he’s safe and the ‘trapped’ situation only lasted for a few hours. The actor, who locked himself in a room in his Mumbai residence, accidentally, due to a faulty doorknob, filmed his ‘locked-up’ experience and shared on his Instagram handle, calling it Locked-in Lockdown.
“Accidentally locked in my room at 1:00 am!! Though I am safe now... find out how and when I escaped!,” wrote the Timepass actor, which rose everyone’s curiosity and concern.
In the video, he shares that its over 16 hours since he’s been locked up in his room as the lock/doorknob of the door didn’t function properly. He also tells his fans that he is safe as the room has a window and he won’t suffocate himself locked inside. If he needed, he can even reach out for help. However, he first decides to try opening the dock himself using whatever ‘tools’ that are available in the room.
The actor further elaborates that changing the the door’s lock had been on his mind for quite sometime, however, due to the lockdown, he couldn’t get it replaced. And, despite being cautious, he ended up locking him in.
The video further shows him making attempts at opening the door, and failing. The clip ends with Bhushan taking a break from trying to open it.
We don’t know yet if he’s still in there or has managed to open the lock, but we are expecting a next video where he’s not ‘trapped’ anymore.
