Recently, the 'Patil' actress took to her social media handle to reveal that she had been dealing with anxiety for the last two years.

In an exclusive chat with ETimes, Bhagyashree revealed that "I wanted to spread awareness about anxiety and how people deal with it.

People might think that it is some kind of mental illness but this is not true. I feel that India doesn't have education about mental awareness. So, I wanted to share my experience as I have it. I think people can relate to it"
She further adds "I have been dealing with dealing anxiety for past two years and also had a panic attack. I was not aware of these things. So, I did a lot of research and also consulted doctors. So, then I started doing meditation and reading self-help books which helped me to overcome this. I engaged myself in watching good movies, talking to my loved ones, family and friends"
