and health freak. In fact, she has always challenged herself and explored new ways to remain fit and beautiful. But recently, Amruta tried something really unique, which turned her world upside down, literally.
Just in case your imagination is ready to run amok, we must share it with you that she has taken to
yoga
and
Shirshasana
in a big way. Recently she shared her blissful tryst with yoga on social networking site. She wrote, "For a very long time normal workouts were not motivating me I was searching for something else n then one of my dear friend introduced me to my yoga teacher @chaitanyaji .....after meeting him I realised that yes my body definitely needed a workout but more than that my search was more internal to put it in short words I needed #soulfood .... his teaching has been a blessing and a driving force .... he has directed me towards what I call a better me a better life ... the prayers n the practice that we do are so uplifting that sometimes I m overwhelmed .... I still remember the first class with him I told him sir I want to learn #shirshasana he smiled n said the journey towards destination is more beautiful than the destination itself and in #yoga even if u reach the destination a new journey starts from there ....."
Now that the former
Nach Baliye
winner is hooked to shirshasana (see the picture above), we wonder what is the next challenge that would entice her, after such a tough one? Guess we will have to wait and watch for that!
