Actress denies relationship with producer
A few days back, actress Siya Patil claimed that the reason she was sidelined in the posters of the recently released Marathi film 'IPL-Indian Premacha Lafda' and was not invited to join in for promotions was the love relationship between the producer Mohanlal Purohit and film's actress Shital Upre
A few days back, actress SiyaPatil claimed that the reason she was sidelined in the posters of the recently released Marathi film 'IPL-Indian PremachaLafda' and was not invited to join in for promotions was the love relationship between the producer MohanlalPurohit and film's actress ShitalUpre.
An infuriated Shital vehemently rubbished these allegations imposed by Siya and said, "I'm simply appalled.
But this is all bull**** and there is not even an iota of truth in it. She is not the lead actress of the film. In fact, she is just playing a character role. SwapnilJoshi and I are the lead actors of the movie. By spreading these baseless rumours, she is just trying to seek attention."

Siya had also claimed that her payments have not been cleared yet from the producers' side. Mushtaq Ali, an associate producer, informed, "We have paid all her dues and there's nothing left to be given. She was clearly told while narration as well that she was to do a character role. Also she used to throw tantrums on sets. She not only demanded a separate vanity van but also created fuss over food quite a few times. The entire cast and crew of the film was unhappy and irritated by her behaviour. We all have had enough of her attitude problem so I didn't want her to join the team for promotions."
