After doing some entertaining films, Marathi film actor Akshay Tanksale is all set to give his audience a unique film, which he thinks, has potential to stand out.

Popular actor of Marathi film industry, Akshay Tanksale took to social media to announce his upcoming movie ‘Mushak’. In an exclusive conversation with us, the actor shared about working on this project and how this film is incredibly special to him.
Speaking about his character in the film, the ‘Gat Mat’ actor says, “The name of my character is Mushak Raj and this guy is going through a rough patch in life.

He wants to become an actor but his mother wants him to just join some corporate job. So, this constant dilemma of what he wants to do and what his mother wants, devastates him and he wants to take his life, and the moment he tries doing it, something happens,” says the ‘Dil Dosti Duniyadari’ actor
The film is directed by Akshay Shinde and the Yogesh Koli is the director of photography (DOP). The actor explains that this movie one of the most unique films made in the Marathi film industry. “There’s only one character in the film and the entire film is shot in one apartment. While working in the feeling I got this feeling that this movie will surely stand out and I am hoping the audience also feels the same when they get to watch it next year,” says Akshay. The film is slated to release sometime next year. The release date has not been confirmed yet.
Akshay started shooting for the film before lockdown, but due to pandemic they had to stop shooting. “There were society restrictions, hence, we couldn’t shoot the rest of the film, but we will be starting the work in December, so I am looking forward to it,” shares Akshay.
The actor personally feels very connected to the film and character because in the past he has also faced similar situations in his life. “I could feel each moment of the film. I have also been through a similar phase in life in the past. So, I can deeply connect with the film and the character,” concludes Akshay.
