Aastad Kale and Swapnalee Patil to tie the knot on Valentine's Day; opt for court marriage

Actors Aastad Kale and Swapnalee Patil, who have been together for quite some time now, have finally decided to take a plunge. The actor confirms that the duo will be tying the knot on Valentine’s Day ie., February 14.
We learnt that the couple has opted for a simple court marriage. "We had taken this decision long back. Also, looking at the current situation we want to avoid an elaborate celebration.To be honest, both Swapnalee and I are not in favour of splurging on the weddings. Instead, we may head for a good holiday a few months later. I love to lead a simple life," says Aastad, adding that they are also skipping the wedding rituals and pre-wedding functions.
Ask the to-be-groom about the reason for choosing Valentine's Day to get married, and pats comes the reply, "We haven't decided the date. Our parents have chosen it simply because it's a Sunday (laughs)."

Aastad adds that now that he is back to working and even Swapnalee has a few projects lined up, things are looking fine ahead for both of them. "We are happy with the way things are progressing. We have been living together for the past 18 months now and marriage is the natural progression for us," says he.
On the work front, Aastad will soon enter the Marathi show 'Chandra Aahe Sakshila'. A month ago, he grabbed a lot of attention by putting up a social media post sharing that he is free and looking for work. This Marathi show is his first project post that incident.
