for portraying a character of 'Fatfati', in the film? Yes, While speaking exclusively to Etimes, Director Pritam SK Patil confirmed that and said "Yash is playing a very interesting character in the film. He had worked very hard for his character and was on a light diet for the last four months. In the film, he is playing the role of a boy who comes from a tribal community who generally reside in forest areas. To portray this character and to learn their accent, Yash had stayed with people of this community for one month"

'Khichik' also stars Bollywood actor, Sudesh Berry is set to make his debut in Marathi cinema, who was last seen in the Hindi movie Krina (2018). Interestingly, McGlynn has acted in a few movies including Pindadaan (2016) and

Half Girlfriend

(Hindi, 2017) will be playing a prominent role in the film.

The film has an unusual title which signifies the sound of clicking a photograph, will be directed by Pritam SK Patil and produced by Sachin Anil Dhakate under his banner Kantanand Productions. The film is slated to release on 20 September 2019.
