Mahesh Manjrekar's all praises for a film he just saw

Now that's the sign of a sporting filmmaker. While we've understandably been floored by Varun Narvekar's recent release,

Muramba

, actor-writer-director Mahesh Manjrekar too didn't hold himself back from praising the film that's garnered much love since its release on June 2.

In a Facebook post, Mahesh wrote: "Saw a gem of a film yesterday. Varun you know your cinema so well. If asked to explain in one word what I felt after watching your film it would be-JEALOUS. How can you be so brilliant with your first film. & the fact that you've written this film too. WOW!!"

Not just this, Mahesh also wrote some words of encouragement for the films leading actors Amey Wagh and Mithila Palkar, including Marathi industry's latest favourite parents, Chinmayee Sumeet and Sachin Khedekar.

Mahesh wrote: "Amey Wagh you were so easy on screen, effortless. You have a long way to go boy. Mithila....fresh and so..today." He went on to add: "Chinmayee, you surprised me. You were so so much what a mother is. Emotional yet controlled. Your concern for your son came across so genuine, your tears just bordering on your eyelids, not wanting others to know what's happening. And by the way Sachin Khedekar is the best actor we have. I always believed it. You need to see this film to understand why I say this. Khedu I won't write much about your performance because I don't have words to describe it!!"Well, with so much coming from a filmmaker like Manjrekar, the message is clear enough. Go watch the film.
