'Chi Va Chi Sau Ka' is directed by Paresh Mokashi, who has given us two super hit Marathi films like 'Harishchandrachi Factory' and '

'. For this film, Paresh has once again colaborated with his 'Elizabeth Ekadashi' writer, Madhugandha Kulkarni.
