Vishal Dadlani records a song for Gopi Sundar’s next, and the latter is all praise for him!

Gopi Sundar turned quite emotional as he reunited with Vishal Dadlani, after ‘Chennai Express’! This time the roles were reversed, as Vishal Dadlani sang for Gopi Sundar’s composition. The ace musician recorded a song for the upcoming Kannada film ‘Vijayanand’, for which Gopi Sundar is composing the music.
Gopi Sundar took to his social media handle and dropped some pictures, and also walked down the memory lane, reminiscing about their rapport.
“Few words from my heart. This human right here, Vishal Dadlani and I have a had a wonderful journey together so far down the lane of memories. A great musician and an ever greater human being.. I still remember the days you used to hastily come in to the studio in Mumbai , finish a song or two in less than and hour and leave without missing to pat me and say “ you’re one of the fastest key board programmers ever … “ We have worked together for a bunch of movies earlier .. Om Shanthi Om,Chennai Express,Tara RumPum, Home Delivery, Zinda etc and I can’t still get over the days and the kind of experiences we have shared with each other - such treasures, huh, and of course all those mean and funny songs that we sometimes sang and sometimes screamed through the streets, haha.. When we talk about Vishal, how can I miss on Shekhar … another humble and wonderful human .. We used shuttle back and forth Chennai and Mumbai for our work and yes, you guys played a big role in the making of Gopi Sundar, a fairly fast programmer as you guys called me,” Gopi Sundar penned.
He further added, “When I met you this time I was more than happy to realise that the good old vibes haven’t faded, also I recalled our good friend Sijoy Ghosh who is the director of Kahani- who also played a beautiful part in the making of memories back then .. And so, coming to the point, a few years ago while I was a programmer, Vishal had made me sing a few verses for the super hit TITLI song from Chennai Express, and now after a while, I’m back with a little tit for the tat you gave me a couple of years ago .. Vishal sang a beautiful song for my new Kannada Movie Vijayanand , as always, remarkably well.. But I must say, without any hesitation, he showed up and finished the recording in no time :) And when he was about to leave, he left me with a little hook - “ You’re going to sing for my next “ Tadaa. So the story never ends… I think I got a little nostalgic and emotional right there. Anyways ! Thank you my friend. See you soon. 😀😊.”
