She has been active as a playback singer in many languages and have also handled music of varied genres ever since. Remya, who had also launched a Youtube channel featuring her songs a few months ago, recently shared her fourth song via her channel and her fans have been applauding her effort ever since the song went online.

Her latest song is from the Vijay Sethupathi starrer movie ‘Sethupathi,’ in which Remya was the heroine. The film, which was released in the year 2016, had Nivas K Prasanna as the music director. The song, ‘

Venam,’ was sung by Sreeram Parthasarathy and K S Chithra in Sethupathy and it had won quite a bit of fan following too. Na Muthukumar had written the lyrics of the song. In the film, the song is featured on Vijay Sethupathi and Remya, who play a couple.
