Poomaram song crosses 24 million views, two years after its release

Njanum njanumendalum aa naalpathu perum…The lines of the song Poomaram had been reverberating among Malayali music lovers, ever since the song was out on November 18, 2016.
The song was such that each day started with these lines for Malayalis, for a while, and it was enough to keep them excited to watch the film, until March 15, 2018, when it finally released.And it was worth the wait.
The song marked two years yesterday, and it has grabbed around 24 million views.
For the uninitiated, the song is composed and sung by Faizal Razi, and is one of the celebrated songs among the students of Maharaja’s College, Kochi.
