Kochi Music Foundation announces annual event

Composers Bijibal and Shahabaz Aman thanked audiences for making Karuna, the inaugural show of the Kochi Music Foundation (KMF) on November 1, a success and announced, that the concert would serve as the template for an international music show during the summer holidays of 2020. Karuna, held at the Indira Gandhi stadium in Kadavanthra, featured about 50 artistes.
Making the announcement on social media, the duo said, that the KMF hopes to make it an annual event that spans several venues, including Bolgatty, Marine Drive, Subhash Park and the Durbar Hall ground.“The aim of the KMF is to create a huge experience with international music of difference genres,” they posted.
