Kailash Kher sings for the Malayalam film ‘Kabeerinte Divasangal’

‘Kabeerinte Divasangal,’ which has actor Murali Chand playing the male lead and ‘Irupathiyonnam Noottandu’ fame actress Rachel David as the female protagonist, is also the comeback project of actor Jagathi Sreekumar. Earlier, the team had revealed that Jagathi’s character is put together keeping in mind the limitations imposed on him by his health condition. Around December last year, the crew had also released a few pics of Jagathy from the set.
P K Sreekumar writes the screenplay and dialogues of the movie. The movie is touted to have a subject with a flavour of spirituality. Yesteryear actor Ratheesh’s son Padmaraj Ratheesh, Bharat, Adhiya, Sudheer Karamana, Biju Kuttan, and Tara Kalyan are part of the remaining cast.

Kher sung the song ‘Khuda Se Mannath’ for the Mohanlal-starrer film ‘Keerthi Chakra’ in the year 2006, it had quickly become popular for his unmatched rendition and the song’s soulful melody.Kabeerinte Divasangal

Anitha Shaiq has composed the qawwali part of its music and it has Shakeel Azmi’s lyrics. The song, which goes ‘Khwaja Ji…’ has Mohan Sahil, Simran, Chetan Dev and Rahul giving backing vocals.
