Jayasurya's 'Doore Doore' from 'Njan Marykutty' shows a transwoman who strives for a space in the society

'Doore Doore Ithal Viriyanoru Swapnam...,' is a song that brims with hope, strength to fight and claim one's rightful space, and shows how a transwoman yearns for the acceptance of her family.

,' the song is all about Jayasurya's character Marykutty, her transformation and personality. Jayasurya's son Aditya plays the younger version of a preteen Marykutty and the many struggles she had with her own identity. The song is crooned by Biju Narayanan, composed by Anand Madhusoodanan and written by Santhosh Varma.

Jewel Mary is the female lead of the movie and it will be in theatres on June 15.
