Enn music video offered novel experiences: Nithin Thomas

Nithin Thomas says that working for the Enn music video, that narrates the story of a family in a rural backdrop, offered new experiences for him as an actor. “There was a lot of VFX with the house and the other village settings. The toddy shop and the paddy fields were all green screen. It was interesting to do,” he says.

The folksy song, composed by Elwin James & Jayaprakash Janardhanan to lyrics by Sumesh Mamala, tells the story of a man’s dreams and shows several shades of his personality. The song was rendered by Sachin Raj and Nithin says that it was fun to emote and lip sync to a song. “Being able to lip sync and convey various sentiments according to a song is a big moment for an actor and it requires a certain skill. Even the quality of the song improves when there is a blending of emotions with the singing. This song showed the main character’s good and bad moments with his family, and the loose life he leads with his friends and the regret he feels afterwards,” he says. The song video also features Rajalakshmi and Fadiya.
