made headlines when he was nominated at the Kerala State Film Awards, and his song got people talking for its striking resemblance to the voice of KJ Yesudas . However, the singer had divulged his disappointment over the same. That said, his latest feat proves that he is destined to carve a niche for himself as an artiste.
Abhijith recently divulged that his song from Akasha Mittayi titled Akasha Paala Kombathu has won him the Best Singer award at the Toronto International South Asian Film Awards 2018.
The fact that he is so down-to-earth itself wins over everyone’s hearts, and his song might take one to an altogether different world. In a recnt video, Abhijith is seen thanking actor Jayaram, who suggested his name to sing in the film
