Celebrity marriages have always garnered lot of attention, be it from the media or from their fans. We list down some upcoming marriages of Mollywood celebrities.

Alphonse Putharan

Premam director Alphonse Putharan is all set to get hitched with Aleena Mary Antony, daughter of producer Alwyn Antony, on the 22nd of August. According to TOI reports, producer Alwyn Anthony revealed that this is an arranged marriage. He further stated, "We are all part of the film industry and the proposal came through the family." He further stated that the marriage was fixed much before the release of Alphonse's blockbuster film Premam. Aleena finished her Masters of International Business course from Chennai. The wedding will happen in Kochi.

Archana Kavi

Actress Archana Kavi is all set to get married with famous comedian Abhish Mathew (of AIB group) next year. According to TOI reports, she revealed that this is neither love nor arrange marriage. Archana and Abhish are childhood friends and their families have also known each other for years. The couple, however, have not decided any wedding date or divulged any details yet.

Asin

Actress Asin is all set to tie the knot with Micromax founder Rahul Sharma. The wedding, reportedly, will take place in the month of November in Kochi. This Malayali beauty, who made it big in South Indian film industry and even Bollywood, stated in an interview with Bombay Times, "Rahul and I have been together for almost four years. I will get married by the end of the year." Asin's Khiladi 786 co-star, Akshay Kumar, reportedly, played cupid for them.

Mukta George

Actress Mukta is all set to enter wedlock by the end of August. She will get engaged to singer Rimi Tomy's brother, Rinku on August 23 and the marriage will take place on August 30. The ceremony will happen at Kochi. When asked her about her wedding, Mukta in a TOI report, stated, "It is an arranged marriage, and our mothers have been quite close to each other for a while. Rinku's family also understands showbiz industry well, and that is what I'm most happy about. We had earlier planned the wedding for next year, but later advanced the date to this year."

Saranya Mohan

Actress Saranya Mohan recently got engaged to Aravind Krishnan, a doctor by profession. This is an arranged marriage and reportedly everything was fixed in a week's time by Saranya and her fiancée's family. She is all set to marry him on September 6 in a simple wedding ceremony at Allapuzha. According to TOI reports, when Saranya was asked about her wedding, she disclosed, "I don't want to have an extravagant wedding. It will be a traditional one."
