Parvathy starrer Uyare
has been soaring in theatres across Kerala, and her performance in the film has been such that it has tugged at the heart strings of each and everyone, who managed to watch the movie. With more and more people watching, there’s hope that people will be more empathetic towards acid attack survivors and will treat them with equal dignity.
The film will now be screened at the International Children’s Film Festival of Kerala (
ICFFK
), at Thiruvananthapuram. The fest will kickstart on May 10 and will continue until May 16.
The fest will be inaugurated by Health Minister KK Shailaja, and when the first film to be screened is an inspirational movie as Uyare, then one could definitely say that there couldn’t any better start to the same.
