Writer NS Madhavan lauds ‘Purusha Pretham’

‘Purusha Pretham (Male Ghost)’ directed by Krishand RK started streaming on a popular OTT platform from March 24. The film starring Darshana Rajendran, Prasanth Alexander, and, Jagadish, in lead roles is receiving rave reviews from netizens. Writer NS Madhavan has watched the film, and shared his review on Twitter.

NS Madhavan is all praise for the director as well as actor Prasanth Alexander, who played the ‘Super’ Sebastian in the film.

Helmed by Krishand RK of ‘Aavasavyuham’, ‘Purusha Pretham’ is a crime noir set in the wetlands of Kochi. The cast includes Darshana Rajendran, Prasanth Alexander, Jagadish, Devaki Rajendran, Mala Parvathy, James Elia, Geethi Sangeetha, Shiny Sara, Jolly Chirayath, Sanju Sivaram, Manoj Kana, Surjith Gopinath, Pramod Veliyanad, Balaji Sharma, Sudha Sumithran, Pooja Mohanraj, Shinz Shan, Rahul Rajagopal, and Gopan Mangat.

The story is penned by Manu Thodupuzha, and the script is written by Ajith Haridas. Krishand RK is the cinematographer for the film, and Suhail Backer is the editor. The music for the film is done by Ajmal Hasbulla. The production design is done by Hamza Vallithode, and the costumes are designed by Arun Manohar. The sound design is done by Prasanth P Menon, and the makeup is done by Arshad Varkala. Arjun Menon is the colorist.
