'Why not cast Parvathi and Vinayakan together?' asks Hareesh Peradi

' is winning critical acclaim from across spheres, actor Hareesh Peradi raises an interesting question, via his social media page.

The actor asks, "Why aren't we casting Parvathi and Vinayakan as hero and heroine in any films? Both of them are excellent actors. This is because Malayalis are hypocrites." He goes on to add that Parvathi is restricted to those like Asif Ali, Fahadh Faasil and Kunchacko Boban as the heroes and that Vinayakan always gets newbies as his leading ladies.

The post has been raising some interesting discussions on his wall, in which people are giving varied views. While a few said it is a change that should start in the film industry, others agreed with the actor on his view.
