Where has Govind Padmasoorya gone?

It's been a while since we saw actor - host Govind Padmasoorya aka GP on TV or movies. The actor wasn't that active on his social media page either, except for a few videos he posted from his various trips and onstage sessions.
Recently, GP released a video, in which he explains where he had disappeared to. Apparently, he chose to stay a bit away from the limelight as his Tamil movie 'Kee' is expected to soon hot screens.The film, which has Jiiva as the hero, has GP cast as the villain.
The film will be released on April 12.
