When Nazriya and Dulquer made Anjali Menon go mad

It’s like a school in here, Anjali used to say
Director Anjali Menon has always opted for young and popular stars for her films. In fact, for

Bangalore Days

, she had no less than six big stars as the leads -

Dulquer

, Nazriya, Fahadh Faasil, Nivin Pauly, Nitya Menen and Isha Talwar. Ask the stars how Anjali kept them all disciplined and

Nazriya

says, "She tries to be strict, but then, us monkeys will be fooling around. Finally, she would say, ‘Guys, please do it’. ''

In fact Dulquer and she used to drive Anjali Menon crazy, she recalls. "There was a lot of giggling on the set and Dulquer and I used to trouble her so much that she would say, ‘God, it’s like a school in here!'.''

Anjali's next film, Koode, though, required a lot more discipline, says the actress, as it had sync sound. "It was my first experience with synch sound. We couldn't fool around so much. Also, it’s also a smaller set than Bangalore Days, where there were so many people and around five caravans. But all of us would be in one. Here we were a smaller, closer unit. "
