Vinayan’s next ‘Chalakkudikkaran Changathi’ a tribute to Kalabhavan Mani

Director Vinayan, who was a close friend and mentor of late actor Kalabhavan Mani, has announced a new project ‘Chalakkudikkaran Changathi’, as a tribute to Mani. Vinayan is returning to direction after a gap of almost three years. Serial actor Senthil will don the lead character of Kalabhavan Mani. The movie is most likely to be a biopic of the late actor.
Announcing the same, Vinayan took to his official Facebook account and wrote, “Hi friends, I'm presenting to you the first look poster of ‘Chalakkudikkaran Changathi’.Kalabhavan Mani was a great artist and very down to earth person. Many heart-wrenching incidents of his life and his humour sense in real life is included in this movie.”
The real potential of Mani was first revealed by Vinayan through the movie 'Vasanthiyum Lakshmiyum Pinne Njanum'. Mani's performance in this 1999 release earned him special jury mention in both State awards and National awards.
