Director
Vinayan has always backed the late actor
Thilakan during his open fight with Mollywood actors’ association AMMA. Now, the filmmaker reveals that he is planning a biopic on the actor.
Vinayan, who recently directed a film based on the late
Kalabhavan Mani’s life titled Chalakuddykaran Changathi, said in an interview that Thilakan’s life is filled with incidents that would warrant a Hollywood-level film.
However, the filmmaker also expressed that he wasn’t sure if he could do justice to such a biopic.
Even when AMMA had put an “unofficial ban” on working with Thilakan, Vinayan had supported the actor and cast him in his directorials.
