Vidya Balan has expressed her fondness for
Malayalam cinema in her latest social media post! The National Award-winning actress dropped a reel video on Instagram, wherein she is seen lip-syncing to a hilarious scene from the 1991 Malayalam film ‘Mookilla Rajyathu’.
The particular scene features a character asking the rest to repeat what he says. However, as he looks for the lines, he realises that he forgot the manuscript. When he conveys this to the other characters, they end up repeating him, like he earlier asked. The hilarious scene seems to have caught the attention of Vidya Balan, and the actress too has performed quite exceptionally!
After sharing the video, Vidya Balan also expressed that she has been obsessively watching Malayalam films for the past two weeks. “I have been watching Malayalam films obsessively for the past 2 weeks, so this is my fun ode to my roots.
