Veena Nair loses in the elections
She contested as a UDF candidate from the Sasthamangalam
Veena is also an advocate and the daughter-in-law of KPCC general secretary KP Kunjikannan. She contested as a UDF candidate from the Sasthamangalam ward in Thiruvananthapuram. Actor and producer Kannan Pattambi and director Ali Akbar were some of the others who contested for the elections.
