‘Vaathil’ film’s puja held in Thiruvananthapuram

’ was held today in Thiruvananthapuram. The function was attended by producer G Suresh Kumar, the film’s crew including Vinay Forrt, Anu Sithara and film director

A while ago, Sarju had told us that Anu Sithara and Vinay play a couple in the movie, and they are also interior designers, who run a company together. He had revealed to us, “The film has a story set in the contemporary times. Vinay’s character’s name is Deni and Anu Sithara plays Thani, his wife. The movie’s shoot will start on March 15 and Thiruvananthapuram is the main location. It belongs to a semi-thriller genre. The first half would appear as a family drama, while the second will have a thriller feel.”

The film also has Rachana Narayanankutty, Sunil Sughada, Unni Raj, Abin Bino, V K Byju, Pouli, Anjali Nair and Sminu as part of the cast. ‘Vaathil’s’ title poster was released a few days ago by actor Jayasurya through his online page.

The film’s script and dialogues are by Shamnad Shabeer and it has Manesh Madhavan as the cinematographer. B K Harinarayanan and Rafeeq Ahammed pens the movie’s songs, which will be composed by Saijo John. John Kutty is the editor and art will be handled by Sabu Ram.

Anu Sithara was last seen in a cameo in the film ‘Maniyarayile Ashokan.’ She also has the crime thriller titled ‘Anuradha Crime No.59/2019, in which she shares screen with Indrajith, coming up. Vinay Forrt also has a bunch of movies including ‘Mohan Kumar Fans,’ ‘Malik,’ ‘Kanakam Kamini Kalaham,’ ‘Nna Thaan Case Kodu’ and more coming up. Krishna Sankar will also be part of ‘Mohan Kumar Fans,’ ‘Ottakomban,’ ‘Paattu’ and more.
