Keerthy Suresh will be seen teaming up for the upcoming movie ‘
Vaashi
’ and the makers announced the release date of the film which is scheduled for June 17.
Tovino Thomas took to his official Instagram handle to share a motion poster from his upcoming movie ‘Vaashi’ along with a note that read, “Their face-off marks a beginning on June 17th.”
Keerthy Suresh, who plays the female lead in the film, also shared ‘Vaashi’s motion poster on her official Instagram handle and penned a note that read, “Presenting the motion poster of ‘Vaashi’ Coming soon to screens near you! Their face-off begins on June 17th.”
From the looks of the motion poster, Tovino Thomas and Keerthy Suresh will be seen pitting against each other in this courtroom drama film directed by the debutant
Vishnu Raghav
who has also previously acted in the films ‘Theevram’, ‘Orkut Oru Ormakoot’, ‘Police Maman’, ‘Pakida’, ‘John Paul Vaathil Thurakkunnu’, and ‘Eeda’.
‘Vaashi’ is scripted by Janiz Chacko Simon, and the director himself.
Neil D Cunha
is roped in as the cinematographer of the film and Arju Benn is in charge of the editing department. The music department of ‘Vaashi’ will be handled by the renowned music composer Kailas Menon. Vinayak Sasikumar will pen down the lyrics for the songs in ‘Vaashi’.
Meanwhile, Tovino Thomas’ recent outing was with the thriller drama ‘Naradan’ which was directed by Aashiq Abu and the actor also has several highly ambitious projects in the pipeline such as ‘Pallichattambi’, ‘Anveshippin Kandethum’, ‘Thallumaala’, and ‘Dear Friend’
On the other hand, Keerthy Suresh literally stunned the audience with her terrific performance in the recently released Tamil film ‘Saani Kaayidham’ which was written and directed by Arun Matheswaran.
