Unni Mukundan’s ‘Marco’ to go on floors on May 3

Unni Mukundan starrer ‘Marco’ will go on floors in the first week of May, 2024. On Sunday, April 28, the makers confirmed that the film will start rolling on May 3 in Munnar. Directed by Haneef Adeni, ‘Marco’ is a spin-off to the antagonist character from the 2019 film ‘Michael’. Unni Mukundan took to his social media handle and confirmed that the film will be launched on May 3 with a puja ceremony. “Get ready for an adrenaline-packed ride! #Marco. Pooja on May 3rd, 2024! Helmed by Haneef Adeni, ‘Marco’ is touted to be an action entertainer. Unni Mukundan essays the role of a gangster named Marco in the upcoming film.

In one of his recent social media posts, the actor stated that Marco will be the most violent onscreen character Mollywood has seen. “Promising the most violent character on screen from Malayalam! You saw him as the Villain, now witness his heroic violence,” he said in a social media post. The team will be soon unveiling the cast and crew list of the film.

On the work front, Unni Mukundan’s recent outing ‘Jai Ganesh’ directed by Ranjith Sankar is currently running successfully in the cinemas. Unni Mukundan also has films like ‘Get-Set Baby’, ‘Mindiyum Paranjum’, ‘Gandharva Jr’, and ‘Garudan’ in the pipeline.
