Intriguingly, the filmmakers have opted to skip the traditional trailer release, aiming to preserve the plot's suspense and surprise elements. Speculation is rife, with some believing 'Marco' is connected to the Nivin Pauly starrer 'Mikhael,' potentially as a prequel or featuring Unni Mukundan as Marco Jr. However, reports suggest a fresh, standalone narrative.

As there are only days left for the Unni Mukundan starrer action flick ‘Marco’ to hit the big screens, the makers have reportedly decided to skip the trailer release for the film.

According to the OTT Play report, the ‘Marco’ makers have decided to not unveil the trailer before its release, so that the plot and the details regarding the lead character are not out in the open. This can suggest that there will be several suspense elements in the movie.
Marco - Official Telugu Teaser

As ‘Marco’ is the spin-off of the Nivin Pauly starrer ‘Mikhael’, the audiences are expecting a grand cameo entry for the ‘Varshangalkku Shesham’ actor. Netizens also speculate that ‘Marco’ will be a prequel to ‘Mikhael’. Movie buffs are also speculating on whether Unni Mukundan will be playing Marco Jr. in the movie, as the same character got killed in the Nivin Pauly starrer ‘Mikhael’. Reports also suggest that ‘Marco’s plot will have no connection to ‘Mikhael’ and will be dealing with a fresh story.

Overall the decision to skip the trailer release seems to be apt as it may reveal such key details about the movie and the audiences can watch the film with a fresh mind. ‘Marco’ is all set for a grand release on December 20.
Earlier the makers had unveiled the teaser for ‘Marco’ which received good responses from the audiences. Haneef Adeni’s directorial is promoted to be the most-violent action flick ever made in Mollywood. The teaser promised a stunning action flick which is similar to ‘John Wick’ and also the fans are eagerly waiting for Unni Mukundan to play the baddie in this action flick.
On the other hand, Haneef Adeni’s previous outing was with the heist-comedy film ‘Ramachandra Boss & Co.’
