Sabarimala to get a glimpse of Lord Ayyappa and Mollywood actor
Unni Mukundan also visited the holy shrine after a 41-day fast (vritham). Although he has visited the shrine in the past, the actor felt his recent visit very special. Unni started his pilgrimage in a traditional way by wearing the sacred mala. Before visiting the holy shrine, the actor went to Kottarakkara Ganapathy Temple and offered prayers there too.
Sharing the experience of his holy trip, Unni Mukundan said that he has felt extremely positive.
On the work front, Unni Mukundan is thrilled to essay warrior Chandroth Panicker in
Mammootty starrer 'Mamangam'. The magnum opus is slated to hit the screens on December 12. Touted to be made on a massive budget, 'Mamangam' is a crucial movie for Unni Mukundan who is essaying a historic character for the first time in his career. Apart from this, Unni also has films like 'Meppadiyan' and 'Chocolate: Retold' coming up. 'Meppadiyan' went on floors a few weeks ago after a puja function, Unni will be joining the team on December 16.
