Mammootty's feminine avatar has become the talk of the town and the fans are appreciating the actor for such a bold move. Earlier, the team has unveiled a couple of photos of Mammootty's feminine avatar, however, it was hard for the movie lovers to guess the connection. held every 12 years on the banks of Bharathapuzha river, 'Mamangam' recreates the 17 century on the silver screen. Mammootty essays the most courageous warrior in the history of the Mamankam festival. Helmed by M Padmakumar, the movie is bankrolled by Venu Kunnappilly under the banner of Kavya Films. Apart from Mammootty, the movie also has a stellar cast which includes Unni Mukundan, Prachi Tehlan, Achuthan, Kaniha, Anusithara, Siddique, Ineya, Sudev Nair, Manikuttan, Kaniha, Tarun Arora and Suresh Krishna.
