Trailer of Aashiq Abu’s ‘Neelavelicham’ out!

The official trailer of Aashiq Abu’s much awaited film 'Neelavelicham' is finally here. Based on Vaikom Muhammad Basheer’s eponymous short story, the film features Tovino Thomas, Rima Kallingal, Roshan Mathew, and Shine Tom Chacko in lead roles. The trailer gives a glimpse of the novelist (Tovino Thomas), unfolding Bhargavi’s story. Aashiq Abu has given a taste of the romance, death, mystery surrounding it, and the eerie moments the film has to offer, through the teaser.

Helmed by Aashiq Abu, ‘Neelavelicham’ is slated for release on April 20. Actors Chemban Vinod Jose, James Elia, Jayaraj Kozhikode, Uma KP, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Renji Kangol, Jitin Puthenchery, Nisthar Sait, Pramod Veliyanad, Thasneem, Pooja Mohanraj, and Devaki Bhaagi, too are part of the cast.

The additional screenplay for the film is written by Hrishikesh Bhaskaran. The cinematography is done by Girish Gangadharan, and V Saajan is the editor. Jothish Shankar is the art director for the film. The make-up department is handled by Ronex Xavier, and Sameera Saneesh is the costume designer. Vishnu Govind handled the sound mixing, and the sound design was a joint effort of Vishnu Govind and Nixon George. Francis Xavier, Herald, Josukutty, Karol Goerge, and Francis played the strings. Supreme Sundar is in charge of the stunts and the dance for the film is choreographed by Dr. Sreejith Dancity.
