Tovino Thomas starrer 'Kalki' to hit the screens soon

Actor Tovino Thomas has become almost a trendsetter in M-Town. With back-to-back releases and a long list of movies to be shot, the actor is one of the most wanted A-listers present in the industry. Tovino's upcoming movie 'Kalki' is one of the most awaited one so far, as the actor is essaying the role of a fully-fledged police office. Even though the actor has donned the role of a cop earlier, the upcoming movie showcases a fully-fledged cop avatar of Tovino as a furious angry police officer.

But the team hasn't announced the exact release date of the movie, even though it was claimed to be a Bakrid release.However, actor Tovino Thomas's recent post suggests that the movie will hit the screens on August 8.

'Kalki' is an upcoming Malayalam movie directed by Praveen Prabharam. The team had earlier released the prologue poster in which the actor looked dashing and gutsy.
The movie is scripted by Sujin Sujathan and Praveen Prabharam. Gautham Shankar, who has worked with Tovino for 'Theevandi' has joined hands again as the cinematographer. 'Ranam' fame Jakes Bejoy will be seen handling the music department. Suvin K Varkey and Prasobh Krishna will be scripting the movie under the banner of Little Big Films.
