The movie, set in 1993 in Kerala before the era of CCTV cameras and GPS technology, revolves around the investigation of a teenager's murder. Tovino Thomas portrays a local police officer on a quest to unveil the truth behind the homicide, unravelling an unsolved case in the process. The film promises spine-chilling scenes and tense moments, skillfully crafted against the backdrop of a true criminal investigation.

'Anweshippin Kandethum' made an impactful debut, garnering an impressive opening of Rs 1.20 crore in India on its first day, as reported by initial figures from Sacnilk. With a budget of Rs 8 crore, the film has surpassed the 2 crore mark worldwide, indicating promising box office numbers in the days to come.
