Title of Naslen’s next with ‘Thallumaala’ director to be launched

Actor Naslen is set to join forces with ‘Thallumaala’ director Khalid Rahman for an upcoming film. On Monday, the director announced the collaboration and said that the film’s title will be launched on Tuesday, October 1, at 6 PM.

In a note shared on Instagram, the makers said, “The wait is almost over! Plan B Motion Pictures presents, in association with Reelistic Studios - Directed by Khalid Rahman. The upcoming film is also written by Khalid Rahman, and its dialogues are crafted by Ratheesh Ravi of ‘Ishq’ fame. Starring Naslen, the film also has actors Naslen Gafoor, Ganapathi, Sandeep Pradeep, Anagha Ravi, Franco Francis, Baby Jean, Shiva Hariharan, Shon Joy, Karthik, Nanda Nishanth, and Lukman Avaran.

Khalid Rahman’s film went on floors in May, and the makers wrapped up the shoot in August 2024. While the details of the film are under wraps, movie buffs are thrilled, especially after the success of ‘Thallumaala’ starring Tovino Thomas.

On the technical front, the film has Jimshi Khalid as the cinematographer. Nishadh Yusuf is the editor. The music for the upcoming film will be done by Vishnu Vijay. The upcoming film marks the cinematographer, editor, and musician’s reunion with the director after ‘Thallumaala’.

On the other hand, Khalid Rahman recently appeared as an actor in the blockbuster ‘Manjummel Boys’ earlier this year.
