THIS ‘Salaar’ actor joins Mohanlal's 'L2: Empuraan'

Prithviraj Sukumaran’s third directorial venture 'L2: Empuraan' is growing more ambitious with each passing day.

Karthikeya himself shared this exciting news via his Instagram story, posting a silhouette picture of himself with the hashtag ‘#L2E Shoot day’. He also revealed that the shooting location is Muli, Gujarat, India.

In 'Salaar', Karthikeya Dev portrayed the character of young Vardharaja Mannar, a role that had garnered him significant attention. Interestingly, he played the younger version of Prithviraj Sukumaran’s character in 'Salaar'. With Prithviraj directing 'L2: Empuraan', the collaboration between the two actors continues to spark curiosity and excitement among movie buffs.

With a bigger cast and grander shooting locations, the film is shaping up to be a massive action entertainer.

'L2: Empuraan', also known as L2E, is an action thriller directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran and written by Murali Gopy. It serves as the second installment in a planned trilogy, following the 2019 blockbuster 'Lucifer'. The film stars the legendary Mohanlal in the lead role as Ab Raam Khureshi.
