She was launched by veteran film-maker Lal Jose in his movie ‘Nee-Na’. Deepti Sati played the lead role in the movie and also romanced Vijay Babu in the movie. She portrayed the role of Neena, who is a carefree woman who works in an advertising agency. Neena is a creative person, but an alcoholic. Deepti Sati aced the role and her performance was lauded.
Deepti who is also active in Marathi, Kannada, and Telugu movies has also made appearances in Malayalam movies like 'Pullikkaran Staraa', 'Lava Kusha', and 'Solo' among others. Her recent Mollywood outing is ‘Driving License’. She essayed Bhama, the wife of Superstar Hareendran (Prithviraj Sukumaran) in the movie. Sources suggest that the diva will be next seen in ‘Lalitham Sundaram’, a movie starring Manju Warrier and Biju Menon.
