Thattumpurath Achuthan movie review highlights: A feel-good, entertaining first half

Achuthan (Kunchacko Boban) is a true believer of Lord Krishna. He often gets stuck in attics and gets to witness many ‘secrets,’ in the darkness. A Good Samaritan, who shares his name with that of his God, he believes that nothing in his life happens against Krishna’s will. He also believes that it is Krishna who leads him to these places, to set things right. Achuthan’s friend Kunjootan (Adish Praveen), a little boy, is also part of the proceedings and his dreams about him always come true.

Lal Jose, M Sinduraj and Kunchacko Boban have offered a feel good, beautiful and entertaining first half. It is filled with colourful visuals, fabulous songs and some interesting characters played by Hareesh Kanaran, Nedumudi Venu, Shajon and Vijayaraghavan. The character of Achuthan, Kunjoottan’s dreams and Lord Krishnan make the experience of watching the movie blissful.
