On its seventh day, the film managed to collect only Rs 5 lakhs, as reported by the Sacnilk website. This brings the total Kerala box office collection to a modest Rs 59 lakhs.

The film's performance on a national scale isn't faring much better, with the total India gross amounting to Rs 23 lakhs after a week in theaters. The worldwide collections also stand at Rs 23 lakhs, indicating that the film has not garnered significant attention beyond the domestic market.

'Sureshinteyum Sumalathayudeyum Hrudayahariyaya Pranayakadha' had its peak collection on day 4, when it raked in Rs 14 lakhs. However, the subsequent days saw a steep decline in earnings, leading to an underwhelming box office performance overall.

The film stars Rajesh Madhavan and Chithra Nair in the lead roles, portraying the characters Suresh and Sumalatha, respectively. The narrative follows their love story, which unfolds across three different time periods. Despite the intriguing premise, the film appears to have struggled to maintain viewer interest, resulting in ambiguous audience reception.

Ratheesh Balakrishnan Poduval's direction, which previously won accolades, couldn't replicate the same success with this project.
