Sreenath Bhasi and Shine Tom Chacko to team up for ‘Dance Party’

After stepping into a controversy, the popular Mollywood actor Sreenath Bhasi is all back in the game and he will be seen teaming up with the actors Shine Tom Chacko and Vishnu Unnikrishnan for the upcoming movie ‘Dance Party’ which is written and directed by Sohan Seenulal.
Subi Suresh no more: Tribute to the comedian who dominated the male-driven industry!

Malayalam actor-comedian Subi Suresh passed away on Wednesday (Feb 22). She was 41. She was reportedly undergoing treatment for liver-related ailments in a private hospital in Aluva for quite some time. Her condition deteriorated as she was struck with pneumonia. Subi Suresh breathed her last at 10 am today (Feb 22).

It’s safe to say that in her career spanned over two decades, Subi Suresh managed to make her own space in comedy, an industry widely dominated by men. Her witty personality made her an irreplaceable star in several stage shows, including international shows.

Subi Suresh was also a popular face for the television audience as well as the moviegoers. She has acted in several films including 'Kanaka Simhasanam', 'Happy Husbands', 'Thaskara Lahala', 'Elsamma Enna Aankutty', '101 Weddings', and, 'Drama' among others.

Subi Suresh was a familiar name to the audience of ‘Cinemala’, a Malayalam television parody series aired on one of the entertainment channels in Kerala. She also hosted 'Kutty Pattalam', a chat show featuring children, which went on to become quite popular in the state, thanks to Subi Suresh’s exceptional talents of interacting with kids, and her spontaneous humour. Subi Suresh has also hosted several television shows on most of the popular Malayalam entertainment channels.

Subi Suresh’s untimely demise has left the entertainment industry devastated. The celebrities who woke up to the news of Subi Suresh’s demise are yet to come to terms with it. Many M-Town celebrities have taken to their respective social media platforms to pay tributes to the talented actor-comedian.

From the first look poster released by the makers, it can be expected that ‘Dance Party’ will be a colorful entertainer and the expectations are high for the Sreenath Bhasi starrer.

Written and directed by Sohan Seenulal, Binu Kurien is the cinematographer for ‘Dance Party’, and the music is composed by Biji Bal. V Saajan is roped in as the editor for the movie and the lyrics of the songs will be penned by Santhosh Varma. Prakash K Madhu is the co-director of the film, whereas the sound design is by Dan.

On the other hand, Sreenath Bhasi’s previous outing was with the comedy entertainer film ‘Padachone Ingalu Katholee’ which didn't do well at the box office and the movie also got poor responses from the audiences. It can be expected that the young and talented actor will be making his comeback this year with the entertainer film ‘Dance Party’.
