Shine Tom Chacko and Antony Varghese are brothers in Aaravam

Antony Varghese’s next titled

Aaravam

will have the actor teaming up with Shine Tom Chacko. The movie, directed by debutant Nahas Hidayath, will have Ann Sheetal as the female lead.

“Shine and Antony play brothers and their bond is a pivotal part of the movie,” says Nihas. “Antony has a ‘mass’ avatar in the film and gets to do a lot of action. But what makes this character different is he hasn’t played a romantic hero who tries to woo a girl.”

The campus thriller, which is scripted by Anil Narayanan, revolves around the rivalry between two gangs. “While there is romance in the movie, the focus is on the situations that arise on the campus. The rivalry between the gangs has lasted for years and how it escalates when Ann’s character gets dragged into it forms the plot,” says the filmmaker.
