Shine to play a clever thief!

Shine Tom Chacko, who has essayed mostly character roles in Mollywood, will next be seen playing the lead in Binu S’ Ithihas. He will be paired opposite Diamond Necklace fame Anusree in the fantasy comedy.
While Shine plays the role of a thief, Anusree will play an IT professional in the film. “Shine’s character in the movie is similar to Dileep’s role in Meesa Madhavan — a clever thief who does robbery for a living.What happens when Shine’s character breaks into an apartment forms the plot,” says the director.
Ithihas, as the name suggests, will have a few scenes set in a bygone era. “The movie opens with the tale of two kings set in the 1800s,” adds Binu. Balu Varghese and Swapna Thomas also play prominent roles in the film.
