'. Written and directed by Mini IG, 'Divorce' has gone on floors today. While speaking to us earlier, Shibla Fara has shared that she will be playing one of the lead characters named Noorjahan in the movie. Shibla Fara is a newbie actress who marked her debut in Mollywood with the 2019 release ‘Kakshi: Amminippilla’. She played the leading lady in the movie, which also had actor Asif Ali in a pivotal role. ‘Kakshi: Amminippilla’ told the story of a woman named Kanthi who is on the heavier side facing negligence from her partner. Shibla Fara played the role of Kanthi and impressed the cinephiles right away. The actress had to gain over 20 kilos to fit into the role, which she readily accepted. The hard work was paid off, as the message of body positivity and her performance was lauded.
