Sharaf and Grace play a ‘freaken couple’ in comedy drama 'Pathrosinte Padappukal'
Thanneermathan Dinangal fame script writer Dinoy Poulouse’s next film, directed by Afsal Abdul Latheef, is a comedy drama starring a host of talented actors, including Grace Antony, Sharafudheen, Ranjitha Menon, Dinoy himself and Naslen K Gafoor.
The movie, titled Pathrosinte Padappukal, will have Grace and Sharaf appearing as a ‘freaken couple’. If their looks in the film are any indication, the life of the characters are quite colourful and vibrant, just like their chemistry.
Director Afsal elaborates, “Sharaf’s character Sony is the eldest son in his family.

However, he is a person who doesn’t like to take up responsibilities, or even be at home much, for that matter. What he loves best is travelling.” And Grace’s character Christeena is apparently a female version of Sony! “They meet at a particular juncture in the story, and upon feeling that their attitudes match, they get married. She, too, is very modern in her thoughts and approaches towards various matters,” Afsal says.
Sharaf will be dressed in colourful pyjamas, with bandana on his head and armed with flashy speakers, for the film.
Earlier, actress Ranjitha had revealed to us that she is also part of the movie, and plays a ‘quiet yet mischievous’ girl named Ammu in the movie. The shoot is over, and the post-production work is on.
