Helmed by the debutant Shyam Sasi, Shane Nigam and Sunny Wayne’s on-screen chemistry and acting prowess are expected to be amplified through the glimpses offered by the trailer which will be released on August 24.
The music, composed by the acclaimed Sam CS, adds yet another layer of intrigue to the film's narrative. With a track record of delivering mesmerizing scores for movies like 'Vikram Vedha' and 'Michael', Sam CS's involvement ensures that the trailer will be complemented by an evocative musical backdrop.
Reportedly, the story of ‘Vela’ revolves around a police control room and the people working there. The plot posits that the movie will be executed in a very realistic and thrilling way. The script of ‘Vela’ is penned by the writer M Sajas.
Apart from Sunny Wayne and Shane Nigam, ‘Vela’ cast also has Aditi Balan, Sidharth Bharathan, MV Namritha, and many more in pivotal roles. Suresh Rajan will be cranking the lens for ‘Vela’ and the editing section is handled by Mahesh Bhuvanend. Binoy Thalakkulathur and Dhanya Balakrishnan will be in charge of the art direction and costume design respectively.
