' had earned late MJ Radhakrishnan a National award for best cinematography. Shane Nigam plays a painter in the film and Esther essays the character of Maya, who is raped by a group of men and thrown in the backwaters of Kerala. The pregnant girl is submerged in the remains of a Buddhist monastery and lives for 10 full moons. She can see the world only during a full moon. The movie showcases the platonic love between the Rajasthani girl and the painter as she asks the young artist to draw her dream!
