Shaji Kailas to present Renji Panicker in a ‘new avatar’ in ‘Hunt’

Shaji Kailas is currently engrossed in the production of ‘Hunt’, his upcoming directorial featuring Bhavana Menon in the lead role. The Bhavana starrer has Renji Panicker in a pivotal role. Shaji Kailas has now confirmed that Renji Panicker will be seen in a unique role in the upcoming film.

Shaji Kailas shared a photo with Renji Panicker, wherein the latter is seen in a fresh getup. The duo shares a great rapport, and their collaborations has always resulted in blockbuster films, and ‘Hunt’ seems to be no different.

In a note shared on social media, Renji Panicker said, “We were, we are, we will be together!! It was a serene evening in 1990. That's when Renji and I sat down for the first time to discuss possibilities of collaborating for a film. Ever since then, we have held each other's backs and have played a major role in our respective careers by constantly forcing each other to push our creative boundaries. The bond between a writer and a director slowly commutes to the bond between an actor and a director. In this film I am presenting you a new Avatar of my brother through my frames. Hope you all enjoy ��.”

Meanwhile, ‘Hunt’ is touted to be a suspense thriller, and will feature Bhavana Menon in the role of Dr. Keerthy, a PG Resident Doctor. Actors Aditi Ravi, Ajmal Ameer, Rahul Madhav, Anu Mohan, Renji Panicker, Chanthunath, G Suresh Kumar, Nandu, Vijayakumar, and Divya Nair are also part of the cast.
