Prithviraj Sukumaran’s most recent post hinted at an announcement of his new project, and judging from the poster of a lit cigar and a bracelet with a cross, it could be an action thriller on the lines of his directorial, Lucifer.
Soon, after the poster was shared, reports have emerged that director
Shaji Kailas would be making his return with the film as a director. The poster said that the ‘after six years…’, and coincidentally, it’s been six years since Shaji Kailas directed his previous project Ginger.
Prithviraj and Shaji Kailas had earlier teamed up in
Simhasanam
, which was released in 2012. Shaji, meanwhile, also turned producer for Thakkol, which stars Prithviraj’s elder brother Indrajith.
